Terms and Conditions

The yacht will depart promptly at 12:00 PM from GalleryOne- A DoubleTree Suites Hote, 2670 East Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.

Menu, times, and vessel are subject to change.

Guests will be required to show identification and the credit card they used to purchase their tickets prior to boarding the yacht. Failure to do so will result in refusal of admittance to the event, and a refund will not be given.

The resale of tickets is prohibited. Sun Dream Yacht Charters (SDYC) reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
SDYC may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.

All tickets are non-refundable.

Ticket holders who miss the 12:00 PM sailing time, regardless of circumstances, will not receive a refund.

SDYC reserves the right to, without refund or compensations, to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.

The email address(es) you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to use for sending occasional company news and/or updates.

If, at any time, you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties.
